The Fesler Flush-Mount D.O.T. glass kit delivers an OE-level fit and a modern, trim-delete look for your first-gen Blazer/C10. Unlike oversized “make it bigger” imports, Fesler glass is prototype-built, test-fit on multiple vehicles, molded, and re-tested to ensure accuracy. No sanding to “make it fit” — just the right part for the right opening.

Important fitment note:
“Fesler glass does not require sanding to fit.” Many competitors ask their overseas factories to make stock glass “a few inches bigger all around.” Fesler prototypes, molds, test-fits, manufactures, and test-fits again on three separate vehicles to ensure an accurate fit. If your vendor requires sanding, the glass wasn’t made correctly. You get what you pay for.

What is flush-mount glass?

A larger, profile-correct glass is designed to sit within the OE opening, leaving a tight, even gap. It eliminates metal trim and rubber weatherstrip and installs with an automotive FRIT band, primer, and high-strength urethane. The specific size/shape plus the bonded install method produce an OE-style fit with no body modifications on most vehicles.

Manufacturing pedigree

  • North American made using the original Float Glass Process (Pilkington, 1957 lineage).
  • Side glass uses OE-style molds (LOF heritage) for factory-grade geometry.
  • Green OE hue as original — recognized for blocking 99.9% UVA.
  • Laminated safety windshield; tempered rear pieces.

What’s included

  • Front, sides, and rear glass kit for first-gen Blazer/C10 (as configured for your order).
  • Install materials not included: primer, urethane, and tools are supplied by your installer.

Policies & readiness

  • Non-returnable: Due to size and custom nature. If it does not fit out of the crate, your vehicle may require body work (common with some reproduction shells such as Dynacorn).
  • Test-fit within 60 days of receipt. We cannot warranty/replace after 60 days.
  • Professional installation is strongly recommended for safety and longevity.
  • Authorization & timing: All glass orders require a signed Credit Card Authorization Form. Shipping typically occurs 15–20 business days after we receive your signed form.

Safety & adhesive guidance

Your windshield is a safety component. Do not use butyl (≈60 psi holding). Professional-grade urethane systems (≈600 psi) are required to meet modern standards and ensure occupant safety and seal integrity.
