At Fesler USA, we stand behind the quality of our American-made products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If a component does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and documentation are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- 3.Ship the Item
Send your package back to our manufacturing facility using a trackable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in new, uninstalled condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
